Theater Reviews—San Francisco and Beyond

Tyler Jeffreys

Tyler Jeffreys

July 5, 2016 Tyler Jeffreys

Tyler Jeffreys is an actor, dramaturg, and fitness coach. She has written for Theatrius since 2016.

Lately, she’s been devising a YouTube trilogy with the ensemble US in the U.S., called “What Had Happened Was …” The show explores ways to disembody the white supremacy culture in which we live.

You’ll catch Tyler watching East Bay and San Francisco theaters like Plethos Productions in Castro Calley and SF Playhouse. Her most life changing role so far is Medea which she got to play in Greece right before the quarantine. In her Spinally Free fitness community, she blends fitness and theater wellness concepts to inspire more playful fitness training.

When Tyler isn’t acting, she’s drinking kava, watching Anime or roller skating.
