Julie Dimas-Lockfeld, has been involved in the local theatre scene for several decades. A graduate of Stage Group Theatre’s full time acting program, Julie then joined the resident ensemble acting company – modeled after the Group Theatre of New York City – working closely for a decade with the late Wendell Phillips who himself was a member of the Actors Studio and associate member of the Group Theatre. She was a founding member of the Phoenix Arts Association Theatre where she directed and performed in numerous roles and more recently, Associate Artistic Director of the Shelton Theater.
